Welcome to CareTechPrompt (`caretechmobile.com`). By accessing or using our website, AI prompt libraries, business kits, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Description

CareTechPrompt provides curated artificial intelligence prompts, prompt discovery workflows, custom prompt variables, and operational business playbooks for retail businesses, freelancers, students, and creators in English, Tamil, and Malayalam.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

CareTechPrompt operates on a Freemium model. Basic discovery and 10 prompts per idea are free. Full prompt vault access requires an active Pro subscription (₹299/month or ₹2,499/year). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All proprietary platform designs, code, taxonomy, and curated kits are the intellectual property of Shihab Rajendran and CareTechMobile (`www.caretechmobile.com`). Subscribers are granted a commercial use license to utilize generated prompts for their own business operations.
